Through sound baths + gentle yoga you’re invited to cultivate a deeper connection with the Earth.  In this collective healing space we’ll move and breathe as one as we surrender to the subtle layers of the body & mind. Through gentle yogic movements we’ll cocoon into winter and awaken to the fire within. By integrating these practices we’ll mindfully release stagnation, balance the nervous system, and create a deeper connection within our souls.  You can purchase individual sessions for $25. each or save and buy all 4 sessions for $90. About your instructor: Melaina Gasbarrino founded SALT to TREE, a wellness company that integrates the practices of movement and healing to live WITH the Earth. Over the years, she's offered sessions within Niagara, The Hamptons, Tulum, Hawaii and Costa Rica; ebbing and flowing with the elements to nourish all bodies.

After owning a kids environmental education company for 5+ years, she felt pulled to do something ‘bigger’. So, as the story goes, she became a yoga teacher in 2017 and trained under Shelly Burton of Samhara Energy Medicine to become a reiki practitioner in 2018. Through her innate connection to the Earth, she’s learned how to move WITH the Earth to heal, and be healed.

Her teachings include yoga, reiki and sound bath meditations. On any given day you can find her teaching, healing, swimming in the sea + moving with the trees.
