I create art by using found materials as my canvas in order to tell stories about personal history and connection. I use vintage maps, aged books, and delicate lace to create textures for charcoal drawings that reveal the complexities of identity and time. My recent work includes portraiture, landscapes, and still-life compositions that  I hope inspire viewers to reflect on their own stories within the layers of the artwork.
